At Richie Deluna™, we may offer certain products through subscription plans or pre-orders options. This policy explains how these purchase options work and how you may modify or cancel them.

1. Subscriptions

Certain products may be available as recurring subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription:

  • You agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.

  • Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each scheduled shipment, unless you choose a prepaid option (if available).

  • Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the selected term unless canceled prior to renewal.

Managing or Cancelling a Subscription

You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

To manage your subscription:

  • Use the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation email, or
  • Log into your customer account at RICHIE DELUNA.

Cancellations must be completed before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. Charges already processed are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase products that are currently out of stock or not yet released.

When placing a pre-order:

  • We may charge the full amount at checkout, a partial deposit, or store your payment method to charge at fulfillment.

  • Estimated shipping timelines are provided for reference and may change due to production or supply chain factors.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before the item has been fulfilled.

  • If your pre-order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return in accordance with our Refund Policy.

  • Deposits for custom, limited, or made-to-order products may be non-refundable if explicitly stated at checkout.

General Conditions

  • All cancellations must be submitted before fulfillment or billing deadlines.

  • Richie Deluna™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription, pre-order, or trial offerings at any time.

  • Fraudulent activity, excessive returns, or abuse of purchase options may result in account restrictions or cancellation of service.
