Introducing Trace Your Tee™: Building the Future of Fashion Transparency

Chris Escobar

There’s a quiet shift happening in fashion right now.

Consumers are asking deeper questions. Not just what they’re buying — but where it came from, who made it, how it moved through the world, and whether the story behind the garment is actually real.

For years, much of the industry has operated behind layers of opacity. Beautiful campaigns on the surface, fragmented systems underneath. But the modern consumer is becoming more informed, more conscious, and more curious than ever before.

That realization is what led me to begin building Trace Your Tee™ — a new platform focused on digital garment traceability, authenticated storytelling, and the future of product transparency in fashion.

Today, I’m excited to publicly introduce the project for the first time.

Trace Your Tee™ is currently trademarked and patent pending, and while I’m intentionally keeping certain elements confidential for now, the mission behind it is clear:

To help bring visibility back into the fashion supply chain.

We believe the future of apparel will move beyond traditional branding and toward something far more intelligent — where garments can carry structured histories, authenticated origin points, and evolving digital identities connected to the products people wear every day.

This isn’t about trends.
It’s about infrastructure.

The idea first emerged while building Richie Deluna™ and researching the intersection of premium apparel, traceability systems, and emerging technologies connected to authentication and supply-chain visibility.

The deeper I explored the space, the clearer the opportunity became:

Fashion doesn’t just need better marketing.
It needs better memory.

Consumers deserve to know more about the garments they purchase. Brands deserve better systems to communicate authenticity. And the industry as a whole is moving toward a future where transparency may no longer be optional — it may become expected.

Trace Your Tee™ is being developed with that future in mind.

At this stage, the goal is not to reveal every feature or technical detail. The goal is to begin the conversation. To establish intent. To publicly commit to building something meaningful at the intersection of fashion, technology, and trust.

Over the coming months, I’ll be sharing selective glimpses into the philosophy, design language, and long-term vision behind the platform while continuing to build quietly in the background.

For now, this is simply the beginning.

From Miami to the universe,
Chris Escobar
